v6.5 Improved Sound, Some Stereo Panning & A Decay Control

Version 6.5 

Introduces: A Decay Control for instrument note length, Stereo panning of percussion, reworked reverb & sample player (i had hoped i had got this right last time, but further improvements unexpectedly called out to me from the void).

In short, It sounds a lot better & the new control is a lot of fun imo.

Hope it finds you all in good spirits.

I have marked this as a major update as it greatly improved the sound quality / user experience.
